These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Heavy Haul Rigging. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work to keep pricing, specifications and availability accurate, but errors can happen. If an item was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we'll contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Tax-exempt customers should contact us before ordering.
Product use & safety
You are responsible for selecting products appropriate for your application, never exceeding the working load limit, inspecting equipment before each use, and complying with all applicable laws, regulations (including 49 CFR Part 393 and OSHA/ASME standards) and manufacturer instructions. Products marked "not for overhead lifting" must never be used for lifting. Specifications on this site are provided for reference; always follow the ratings marked on the product.
Warranty & limitation of liability
Products are covered by any warranty provided by their manufacturer. Except as required by law, products are sold without other warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
